“A charity dollar has only one life; a social business dollar can be invested over and over again.” (Muhammed Yunus)
Supreme is a social business: every bit of money made from the sale of our products is reinvested directly into the business to help it grow and reach more women and girls.
We buy all our materials locally, rent local workspaces, and employ local people from manufacture in our Nkhata Bay workshop, to sales, to education. The women and girls that buy our products have a higher chance of staying in school and go to work, thus increasing their economic and social power.
Our educational efforts on menstrual health and the use of reusable sanitary products are growing and we are working hard on scaling up, to be able to provide the most rural places in Northern Malawi with access to our products.
