Management Volunteer Opportunity at Supreme Sanitary Pads
Are you passionate about social impact and looking to gain hands-on experience in a Malawian social enterprise?
Supreme Sanitary Pads is seeking a dedicated Volunteer to support our Management Team for a minimum of six months. This opportunity is ideal for someone with management or project coordination experience who wants to contribute to empowering women and girls while engaging with a dynamic team in Nkhata Bay, Malawi.
About Supreme Sanitary Pads
At Supreme Sanitary Pads, we are committed to supporting menstrual rights and empowering women in Malawi. Our work includes:
- Producing reusable sanitary pads from locally sourced materials to support the Malawian economy
- Tackling social stigma and myths surrounding menstruation
- Managing empowerment projects that support women and girls
- Advocating for menstrual rights locally and nationally
Volunteer Role Description
As a Volunteer within our management, you will collaborate with our on-the-ground team to help ensure the smooth operation and growth of Supreme Sanitary Pads. Your contributions may include:
- Assisting with daily operations, such as production oversight, customer engagement, finance, and reporting.
- Supporting local team members in their growth and development.
- Helping to desisng and implement community projects, such as school art competitions, or village pad MH Ambassador programs.
- Contributing to project proposals and funding applications to support program sustainability and expansion.
- Building relationships with stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and donors.

Who We're Looking For

- Have experience in management, social enterprises, NGOs, or related fields.
- Are passionate about menstrual health, gender equality, and community development.
- Possess strong organisational and communication skills.
- Are flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Are able to commit to a minimum of six months (start and end dates are flexible).
